Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring timelines
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn referrals job portals and networking
Screen assess and present high-quality candidate slates
Manage offer processes negotiations and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate data and compliance within Workday ATS
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring skill sets
Provide market insights and hiring recommendations
Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards
Support diversity hiring initiatives and campus hiring programs
Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Support background verification (BGV) and joining formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experiences
Strong sourcing expertise across tech and non-tech roles
Hands-on Workday ATS experience
Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
