System Operator – Production Data

We are seeking a highly skilled System Operator Production Data to manage and maintain production and inventory data across systems such as SAP Excel and Google Sheets in a food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets and experience in inventory/stock management and production data handling.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills ability to work in a shift-based environment and attention to detail and accuracy.

The System Operator Production Data will be responsible for creating updating and monitoring production orders in SAP recording raw material consumption and finished goods production in the system maintaining accurate stock data across SAP and Excel/Google Sheets and handling inventory transactions such as GRN GI and stock transfers.

The role also involves ensuring batch-wise tracking and traceability of materials and finished goods preparing and maintaining daily production stock and variance reports reconciling data between SAP and manual records and supporting production planning and shop floor data updates.

The System Operator Production Data will work closely with production warehouse and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
