Optimizing working capital by reducing the cost of maintenance by developing internal resources for testing and calibration maintaining optimum spares inventory and eliminating breakdown

Ensuring execution of breakdown maintenance activities with minimum downtime
Giving input to the commercial team in vendor management on requirement and performance evaluation with respect to vendors
