Support Engineer (Copilot) 1

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Provide first-line support for employees for Microsoft Copilot including login access troubleshooting feature guidance and issue escalation.

Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Copilot users.

Troubleshoot login access and application availability issues.

Assist users with basic Copilot features and usage questions.

Document incidents and resolutions.

Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.

Maintain FAQs and user guides.

1-3 years of IT Helpdesk Service Desk or Technical Support experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with ticketing systems preferred.

Willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot technologies.
