Job Purpose

The Support Consultant (L4) is a technical expert responsible for resolving critical customer issues driving process improvements and providing technical guidance to the team. This role emphasizes leadership in efficiency advanced technical skills and effective collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

• Run Maintain and Support new and existing product functionalities.
• Triaging and debugging of customer-reported issues as per standards guidelines and processes.
• Handling and resolving customer reported issues issues as per SOP.
• Should have the ability to understand requirement(s) and architecture.
• Completion of tasks in scheduled time and required quality
• Communicate with local and remote teams.
• Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

Required Technical Skills:

• C# .NET MVC
• C SQL/PLSQL
• Crystal Reports
• Advanced understanding of software architecture
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot / Claude Code

• Technical Skills: Advanced debugging and triaging skills deep expertise in C# .NET MVC C SQL/PLSQL Crystal Reports and AI tools. Applies architectural knowledge to solve complex problems. Proactively learns and implements new skills that can be useful in day-to-day activities.
• Project Delivery & Management: Manages high-priority issues leads process improvement projects and ensures timely and effective resolution of customer problems.
• Business Knowledge: Possesses deep technical knowledge of the product and its environment aligns solutions with business goals and anticipates future needs.
• Communication: Collaborates effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders communicates complex technical concepts clearly and documents best practices.
• Social Intelligence: Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams demonstrates cultural awareness and adapts communication style to different audiences.

• Lead initiatives to improve debugging and triaging processes.
• Develop strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Progress to Senior Support Consultant by demonstrating leadership in critical issue resolution process innovation and architectural expertise.
