Supply Chain Manager (Vice President)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Manager.

In this role you will:

• Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals to align and execute enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve companywide business objectives
• Identify and recommend opportunities for supply chain management life cycle activities new sources and technologies as business requirements evolve
• Manage a team of category experts that have responsibility for companywide supplier initiatives negotiations and contracting activities
• Support governance and control programs to ensure business continuity protect company assets and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
• Make decisions and resolve issues regarding supply chain policies strategies and processes to optimize sourcing efficiencies and measure supplier performance
• Implement process and management systems maintain current understanding of various industry best practices commodity spend category benchmarks and supplier capabilities
• Collaborate with and consult with peers colleagues and multiple level managers interact directly with external customers
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply Chain
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Supply Chain experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
• 2 years of leadership experience
