Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop precise multi-channel demand forecasts (GT MT Exports Wholesale Job Work).
• Monitor sales patterns and coordinate production schedules with market needs promotional activities and seasonal fluctuations.
• Efficiently plan plant capacity while comprehending operational limitations and impediments.
• Supervise production and inventory planning ensuring the accuracy of material requirements planning (MRP) in accordance with projected demand.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to fulfill service requirements while minimizing excess and holding costs.
• Collaborate with Production and R&D departments regarding ingredient lead times formulation modifications and process adjustments.
• Possess practical knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
• Monitor essential KPIs (OTIF SOH TAT) and lead optimization initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
• Leverage ERP systems and digital technologies to achieve real-time visibility into the supply chain and support informed decision-making.
