We are seeking a Supervisor Radixx Product Support to join our global Airline Tech Product Support team where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers technical support to airline customers to keep critical flight operations moving seamlessly. By resolving issues quickly the team helps partners protect revenue and deliver excellent passenger experiences. As a Supervisor Radixx Product Support you will lead a functional team of support analysts in a 24/7 multichannel environment. You will manage daily workloads guide employee performance and resolve customer escalations to protect service levels. This role requires sound judgment clear communication and a dedication to operational excellence. Your leadership directly strengthens the technical stability of solutions that Sabre provides to global airlines.
What youll do
Supervise a functional team providing 24/7 technical support across multichannel setups.
Manage customer escalations and critical incidents to maintain system uptime.
Coach employees through performance reviews training initiatives and regular feedback.
Partner with engineering and product management to resolve recurring product issues.
Manage staffing schedules and resource planning to meet departmental goals.
Use generative artificial intelligence tools to accelerate incident triage and resolution.
What youll bring
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical product support operations.
Proven success leading functional teams and managing performance metrics.
Strong background in support for airline information technology or enterprise software as a service.
Clear execution of incident management principles during high-pressure escalations.
Strong communication and prioritization skills across global cross-functional teams.
Practical experience using generative artificial intelligence to improve team productivity.
