Manufacturing Engineering (Designation up to Manager)

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop validate and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to meet quality cost and delivery targets.
• Drive cycle time reduction line balancing and productivity improvements through time & motion studies.
• Support production during trials rampups and steadystate manufacturing with quick issue resolution
• Lead concept development design validation and implementation of automation and SPM solutions for Assembly Rotor Winding Lamination and Shell operations.
• Ensure automation delivers targeted ROI throughput and quality improvements.

• Drive process improvements productivity enhancement and cost optimization through innovative engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Identify and execute cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives using Lean / CI methodologies.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 710 years of hands-on experience in low cost automation and
• Background in mid-sized manufacturing organizations Motor Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes automation technologies and machine design.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end including vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Designation: Up to Manager level based on experience and suitability.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Certifications:

• Lean Six Sigma

Travel: Yes up to 20%

Languages: English Hindi
