Job Summary

MISSION :

Manage all supporting activities to Commercial pertaining to Cofaces credit insurance business.
Monitor key operational performance for better service delivery

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Productivity: 

  • The team member supports at least 60% of daily task handling and ensures all assigned tasks are completed within defined Turnaround Time 
  • No. of customer complaints received in an apprising period from upstream & downstream teams or end customers.
  • Perform quality check of all the team members
  • Active participation in building & developing the quality framework and executing on the timely basis which would need to be reported via governance to the clients
  • Identifying process gaps and training needs of the team to support - productivity & quality improvement & query management
  • Task assigning as per the staff availability & capability (largely as a backup to the manager & during the absence of manager)
  • Publish team performance in guidance of the manager
  • Identify & implement process improvements (quality quantity reporting)
  • Monthly Team Performance Review with Denzil.
  • Improve process independency survey results in 2026 to CBO - 95%
  • Lead activity in enhancing the teams productivity by 5% which is quantified and achieved via initiatives/lean projects etc.
  • Prepare present and participate in various governance calls.
  • Consistent usage of activity catalog & ensuring 0 deviation.
  • Promote process repository to the clients via monthly / quarterly client governance committees  
  • Adhering to the Minimum common practice guidelines.

Flexibility: Must be flexible with office working hours based on business requirements.

Networking: Support other service lines the Credit line and commercial staff in assisting with questions and interpretations of information data and scores.

Customer service: Handle complaints from debtors and risk-related data protection matters to prevent escalation of
 conflicts and consecutive image damage.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by Coface and external regulators

 


Qualifications :

  • Degree educated in Commerce Economics or Business Administration preferred.  Other disciplines with a financial / accounting focus are accepted including any Foreign Language.
  • With at least 3 years of significant work experience co-ordinating with various team activities
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
