HRE: CoE Process Delivery and Enablement Supervising Associate

The opportunity
HR Enablement governs hire-to-retire processes and experiences in collaboration with the Talent CoEs. We deliver comprehensive pan-GDS processes aligned with statutory norms regional nuances business needs and employee expectations. The HRE team spans Recruiting HR Operations Talent Development Total Rewards Wellbeing & Engagement Digital & Analytics Planning HR Service Delivery Audit & Compliance and Vendor Management.
In this role you will support the Talent agenda across CoEs driving the 5Ps (Problem Process People Platform and Product) for the respective CoE. You will develop a deep understanding of the CoE and its underlying processes ensuring successful implementation of key projects from initiation to closure.
You will need to be collaborative and influential working across functions to execute the charter. Youll engage with SLs to align business needs leverage existing solutions and drive strategic outcomes. Additionally youll identify and streamline interlocks between Talent Service Delivery Talent Ops/Audits and the CoE.
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the development of the CoE function strategy and roadmap in collaboration with CoE leaders.
- Support the CoE in designing a sustainable and scalable process framework across all GDS locations.
- Facilitate change and support the implementation and successful adoption of special projects and initiatives e.g. global project cascades GDS feasibility assessments and evaluations of current and future ecosystems arising from turnkey projects.
- Ensure that functional operating capabilities (e.g. processes technology data and organisation/people) are appropriate to achieve the CoE strategy and performance targets. Where possible optimise the CoE service delivery model in alignment with the overall Talent operating model strategy and standards.
- Collaborate with process owners in the CoE to co-define and co-deliver solutions aligned with business expectations and Talent strategy.
- Work with Talent process technology and data specialists to review reject or prioritise change requests originating from the CoE.
- Ensure timely governance and leadership decisions within the CoE and communicate these effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Provide effective CoE performance reporting to enable stakeholders with insightful accurate and timely reports on function performance (e.g. service delivery volumes costs emerging trends).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the CoE team (e.g. process streamlining optimising and standardising delivery across GDS).
- Define a function vendor strategy as required and manage vendor relationships to optimise service delivery standards and costs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks (e.g. statutory compliance audit findings).
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in service operations.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with the ability to develop clear actionable plans supporting overall Talent strategy.
- Ability to engage and influence others with strong change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent.
- Strong delivery focus and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Ability to build strong relationships with Talent CoE teams to ensure centrally developed products and initiatives meet business/Talent requirements.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build consensus across diverse often global groups.
- Experience in rolling out large-scale initiatives requiring extensive change management leadership buy-in implementation and execution.
- Proven ability to align leadership across conflicting priorities and viewpoints with advanced influencing skills.
- Excellent communication presentation analytical programme management and problem-solving skills.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable.
- 4-6 years of proven HR generalist experience (e.g. Recruitment core HR etc.)
- Relevant working experience in delivering / managing talent initiatives
Ideally youll also have
- Experience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional services environment
- Experience of working in a cross-border virtual environment would be beneficial
