Sub Contract Manager

1. Coordinate and integrate all engineering disciplines Planning and scheduling Construction management Cost Control Commercial and Claim Management - in order to perform his tasks
2. Create and maintain a common database which will benchmark all E&C Subcontractors performances
3. Maintain / establish competitive and reliable construction subcontractors
4. Support the proposal team for proposal phase
5. Evaluate each construction subcontractors

1. Bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent
2. 12 years of experience with min 5 years experience in the construction subcontracting
3. Knowledge of laws norms and regulations regarding construction / Technical knowledge in Engineering and Construction with a sufficient understanding of technical specifications as well as ability to read technical drawings understand Scope of Works descriptions
