Job Summary

As a Student Advisor you will be responsible for providing academic counseling and helping learners choose the right program while achieving enrollment targets. You will act as an education consultant and trusted guide for students and parents connecting with prospective students and parents through calls and counseling sessions.

You will maintain consistent engagement via outbound calls emails and follow-ups and collaborate with team members to drive enrollments and close sales. You will also maintain accurate prospect data and records in CRM systems and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student needs excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment. You will be a self-motivated fast learner and result-driven individual with a strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
