Work Experience: 5-10 years Store Engineering & Construction & Water / Infrastructure project Cement / Metals
Job Description:
- Receiving materials stocking recording of receipts preparing MRN (material receipt note) of the received materials & tagging of the received materials.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and updating in SAP Material Return Vouchers (MRV) daily/monthly consumption reports and report shortages/damages.
- Liaise with procurement site engineers and other departments for stock replenishment and material requests.
- Ensure safe storage adherence to HSE policies proper handling of flammable materials and manage the stores cleanliness.
- Organize the site store efficiently to prevent any damage and ensure easy access to materials.
- Issuing materials to site as per Intend signed by respective engineer/Manager and receive the returns and update the records.
- Complete reconciliation of materials jointly with Team leaders for sub-contractors billing.
- Maintain accurate stock levels perform regular cycle counts/audits update bin cards/registers and manage stock rotation (FIFO). Update and circulate stock report and highlight the requirement in anticipation.
- Overseeing and managing the construction site and ensuring that the tools equipment and several other materials that are used in the construction project are safe secure well-maintained and well-managed.
- Update and circulate stock report fortnightly and highlight the requirements in anticipation.
- Promptly inform and formally record any material shortages or damages identified during transportation and report the same to the Site Manager and HO Procurement Team for necessary action.
