Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store & Logistics Incharge to manage store operations inventory control dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ERP systems material management warehouse operations inward/outward processes and transportation coordination to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently
Maintain inventory records stock verification and material tracking through ERP systems
Handle inward and outward material processes dispatches and logistics coordination
Coordinate with production purchase and transport vendors for smooth operations
Ensure proper storage handling and documentation of materials
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
Prepare MIS reports related to stock dispatch and logistics activities
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards Supervise store staff and maintain discipline within the department
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ERP software and inventory management systems
Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage dispatch planning and material movement independently
Knowledge of transport and logistics documentation
Qualification
preferred Additional certification in Store/Material Management will be an added advantage Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Store Warehouse or Logistics Management.
