Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Stibo STEP MDM solutions defining governance processes improving data quality and enabling enterprise-wide master data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Design develop and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer Product Supplier or Location master data.

* Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.

* Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows business rules attributes classifications hierarchies and validations.

* Define and implement Data Governance frameworks policies standards stewardship processes and data ownership models.

* Develop and maintain data quality rules cleansing strategies matching/merging logic and enrichment processes.

* Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP CRM Data Warehouse eCommerce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.

* Support metadata management lineage cataloging and compliance initiatives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration onboarding testing and deployment activities.

* Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues.

* Prepare technical documentation SOPs governance guidelines and architecture diagrams.

* Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

* 69 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management.

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.

* Strong understanding of:

* Experience in configuring:

* Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

* Understanding of cloud and enterprise data architecture.

* Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
