AI Developer

Were looking for an enthusiastic Junior AI Engineer to join our CrossCore Platform team and contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions intelligent automation and scalable GenAI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be based in Hyderabad and reporting to Engineering Manager
• Develop high-quality software in an agile team ensuring delivery aligned with our requirements and Agile principles.
• Happy to work with both traditional software language development AI and in-house tooling and products.
• You will translate our requirements into clean scalable low-defect code.
• Collaborate with teams to design test and release software.
• Contribute to development practices that support continuous integration delivery and improvement.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle using static code analysis and security scanning tools.
• Maintain clear documentation for code processes and system architecture to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in Java and Python with coding.
• Familiarity with Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts model evaluation prompt engineering and AI application development.
• Familiar with AWS and cloud technologies
• 1 years of experience with REST APIs microservices and software engineering best practices.

Desirable & Useful Skills

• Working knowledge of GenAI tools for coding.
• Familiarity with Python/Scala Spark or other big data frameworks.
• Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• AWS or other public cloud certifications
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Familiarity with event streaming/messaging tools (Kafka EventBridge Kinesis RabbitMQ ActiveMQ).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform CloudFormation or CDK.
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins).
• Exposure to static code analysis and vulnerability management.

• 14 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Degree in . Computer Science MCA in Engineering or higher
