We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of STEM Educator / Trainer in Trichy Chennai Pudukkottai and Karaikal. Our client is a reputed organization in the Education Technology / STEM Education sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. - Conduct STEM training sessions for school and college students.
- Deliver hands-on learning experiences in Robotics Electronics and IoT.
- Demonstrate STEM concepts through practical experiments and projects.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain student engagement.
- Guide students during workshops exhibitions and competitions.
- Prepare training materials lesson plans and technical demonstrations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support educational outreach programs and STEM events.
- Embedded Systems Knowledge Understanding of microcontrollers and embedded applications.
- Basic Electronics Knowledge Ability to explain electronic components and circuits.
- Robotics & IoT Fundamentals Practical knowledge of robotics and connected devices.
- Classroom Management Ability to manage students effectively during sessions.
- Presentation & Training Skills Capability to deliver engaging STEM lessons.
- Arduino Raspberry Pi or similar development platforms.
- Project-based learning methodology.
- STEM workshop coordination and event participation.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates with backgrounds in STEM education robotics training electronics or IoT training will be preferred. Typical experience range: 03 years in teaching training or technical education environments.
- Minimum: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in ECE EEE Mechatronics Robotics Instrumentation Computer Science or related fields.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in Robotics Embedded Systems or IoT.
- Additional: STEM Education or Technical Training certifications.

Required Education:
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Science or a related field along with a Bachelor of Education () degree.
