Position: State Head (Gold Loan)
Location: Chennai
Salary: Up to 12–15 LPA
Experience: Minimum 12 years in Gold Loan / NBFC (Gold Loan experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage business operations across 29 branches.
* Drive sales portfolio growth collections recovery and profitability.
* Monitor branch performance and achieve business targets.
* Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
* Lead mentor and develop Regional Area and Branch Managers.
* Oversee audit operations risk management and NPA control.
* Review MIS reports and implement business improvement strategies.
* Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth branch operations.
Preferred Profile
* Experience in handling multi-branch operations at Regional/Zonal/State Head level.
* Strong leadership sales operations collections compliance and team management skills.
* Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
