State Collection Manager

The State Collection Manager will be responsible for managing a team ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the entire collection process for the North Region handle a team of collection executives and ensure target achievement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in team handling strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The State Collection Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates coordinating with field teams for effective execution and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with field travel and have a strong understanding of the North Region and field operations.

The State Collection Manager will work closely with the team to ensure that all collections are made in a timely and efficient manner.

The State Collection Manager will be responsible for monitoring daily collection performance and preparing reports as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates.

The State Collection Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients/customers for smooth collections and resolving escalations and critical cases efficiently.
