A stakeholder Engineeris required to support the management of interfaces with the Clients affiliates and external stakeholders and other relevant authorities.
The role will report and support to the Stakeholder Manager through coordination administration and interface tracking with the Client Stakeholder team to facilitate permits approvals and stakeholder engagements while working closely with the Interface Management team to ensure stakeholder requirements are effectively communicated and tracked.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Stakeholder Manager in coordinating stakeholder interfaces across the project.
- Liaise with internal disciplines Maaden representatives and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and timely resolution of stakeholder matters.
- Assist in identifying documenting tracking and closing stakeholder actions interface issues permits and approvals.
- Maintain stakeholder registers action trackers correspondence logs and interface records.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders including preparation of agendas minutes and follow-up actions.
- Monitor the progress of stakeholder deliverables and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.
- Ensure stakeholder documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with project procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and status updates on stakeholder activities permits approvals and outstanding actions.
- Escalate overdue or unresolved stakeholder issues to the Stakeholder Manager where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the Interface Management team to ensure stakeholder requirements are reflected in interface registers and project deliverables.
- Assist in reviewing project schedules to identify activities requiring stakeholder engagement and ensure approvals are obtained in line with project milestones.
- Support continuous improvement of stakeholder management processes and reporting systems.
