Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design develop scale and maintain enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform with a primary focus on Sales Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Apex development Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce integrations and enterprise application architecture. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform.
Build clean modular and maintainable code following Separation of Concerns (SoC) principles.
Develop scalable Apex solutions and optimize application performance.
Design and optimize data models for high-volume data processing.
Build asynchronous processing using Batch Apex Queueable Apex and Scheduled Apex.
Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and enhance Salesforce Screen Flows and Flow Builder automations.
Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
Configure secure integrations using Named Credentials and authentication protocols.
Implement robust exception handling transaction rollback and logging mechanisms.
Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Lead Management Opportunity Management Forecasting and Territory Management.
Collaborate with administrators architects QA teams and business stakeholders.
Perform code reviews unit testing deployment and production support activities.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and ensure high code quality.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
5 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Excellent knowledge of Apex Programming.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Flow Builder and Screen Flows.
Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce Bulk API.
Expertise in Batch Apex Queueable Apex and asynchronous processing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model sharing rules and governor limits.
Experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
Knowledge of Named Credentials and secure authentication mechanisms.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado Gearset Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Experience with Integration Platforms (MuleSoft Boomi Informatica etc.).
Exposure to Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
