Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Windows Server Administrator to manage enterprise infrastructure ensuring high availability performance and security across Windows AD and virtualization environments. This is an operations-heavy L3 role involving incident management patching and automation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Windows Server () environments
  • Provide L3 support RCA & incident resolution
  • Administer Active Directory DNS DHCP GPO
  • Handle patching & vulnerability management (WSUS/SCCM)
  • Manage VMware vSphere (VM lifecycle HA/DRS)
  • Monitor systems optimize performance & capacity
  • Manage backup/restore & DR readiness
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting

Must-Have Skills
  • Strong Windows Server Administration (L3)
  • Hands-on Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Experience with VMware vSphere
  • Knowledge of Networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Backup/DR tools (Veeam/Commvault)

Good to Have
  • Monitoring tools (SCOM/SolarWinds)
  • Azure/Hybrid Cloud exposure
  • Security & compliance knowledge

Key Responsibilities Own delivery governance for Wintel infrastructure (Windows Server AD VMware backup monitoring) Act as L3 lead for incidents problem management and major changes Drive service reviews SLA/KPI tracking and reporting Lead Wintel projects (upgrades migrations patching server refresh) Manage risks escalations and cross-team coordination Ensure compliance security and audit readiness Drive automation standardization and process improvements Handle transition management & onboarding of new services Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows Server () AD DNS DHCP GPO Experience in service delivery ITIL processes & SLA management Exposure to VMware / virtualization environments Hands-on with incident change and problem management tools (ServiceNow etc.) Experience in stakeholder management & reporting Good to Have Azure/AWS basics (hybrid environments) PowerShell / automation exposure Monitoring tools (SCOM Splunk SolarWinds) PMO tools (Jira MS Project) Preferred Certifications ITIL Microsoft PMP/Agile (nice to have) Key Skills Ownership Communication Problem-solving Stakeholder Management


Required Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
