Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and senior-level positions.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter job portals referrals and other recruitment channels.

Screen applications conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Prepare job descriptions and assist with salary negotiations and offer management.

Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill quality of hire and sourcing effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Prior experience in manufacturing packaging printing or publishing industries is preferred.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri Monster Shine and ATS platforms such as Workday or Greenhouse.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good understanding of Indian labor laws and recruitment compliance.
