Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1. Incidents resolution.
2. Preventive maintenance.
3. Pro active actions / measures to limit corrective maintenance activities.
4. Weekend/Holiday/Night support.
Contributing Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with application infrastructure vendor and business teams to manage incidents problem resolution and maintenance activities effectively.
2. Support change release disaster recovery and business continuity activities ensuring smooth implementation and operational resilience.
3. Drive continuous improvement through proactive monitoring process optimization automation and knowledge management while maintaining operational documentation and cross team knowledge sharing.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
. Understanding and experience in ITIL concepts.
. Possess good analytical skill and self motivated
. Eager to learn
. Ability to work well under pressure ability to work autonomous and in team environment
. Ability to work in a multicultural and international banking environment
. Strong understanding of payments local clearing systems H2H concept and applications reporting.
. Strong experience in and preference for application production support.
. Strong technical background in web based applications support on JAVA/J2EE/TIBCO platform and/or COBOL platform.
. Extensive experience in supporting payments local clearing applications and payment filtering and AML in APAC region.
Specific Qualifications:
. University Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
. Fluent in written and spoken English

. Knowledge /C# and JAVA/J2EE
. Scheduler (Autosys Windows Scheduler)
. Websphere/Tomcat/JBOSS
. ORACLE PL/SQL MS SQL Server PostGre SQL
. UNIX / LINUX /WINDOWS skills i.e. navigating scripting etc
. MFT / BC / IBM MQ
. CFT sFTP
. ITSM tool: Service Now
. Monitoring: Dynatrace
. Sharepoint
. Database performance & SQL tuning experience is a plus
. Good technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Behavioral Skills:
. Good team player with strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
. Results and client oriented.
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision but with a keen sense to escalate timely and appropriately.
