About the role
In the Adobe India GTM teamyoullwork as aSolutionsConsultant guiding customers to develop connected data-driven journeys and measurable outcomes for their digital businesses. You will focus primarily onCommerce & Contentsolutions. Thisprimarily includes Adobe Commerce & Adobe Experience Manager solutions.
Collaborating with Account Executives and cross-functional specialistsyoullinvent solution strategy prepare demos and proof-of-concepts and build clear business and technical cases that highlight value andestablishsolution superiority to win salesdeals !This position serves as the main technical expert for the field sales force and supports sales efforts in India.
Whatyoulldo
Lead discovery and solutioning: Merge industry trends and customer goals and translate into a pertinent Point of View (PoV) presentation in the customers context articulating what they should do to grow their business.
Deliver compelling demos: Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and outstanding technical storytelling that connectproduct catalog content merchandizing and recommendationsto outcomes (conversion retention).
Runproofofconcepts: Define success criteria set up sandboxes and data flows evaluate results and document findings withnextsteprecommendations.
Build technical cases: Document assumptions data sources use cases KPIs risks privacy controls and scale considerations using standardtechcasetemplates; socialize with collaborators.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs: Own the functional/technical sections architecture diagrams and delivery approach in partnership with product and services teams.
Partner for success: Collaborate with services solution architects to scope estimate and align on implementation paths that ensure smoothhandoffs;establish& maintain strong relationships throughout the engagement cycle.
Drive value realization: Share guidelines and best practices new features and use cases with the customers and partners.
Stay current: Track releases roadmap signals and industry trends across Agentic AI in personalization digital analytics andomnichanneljourneys.
Whatyoullbring
Experience: 8 years in presales or consulting for digital analytics customer data platforms or journey orchestration. You must have hands-on experience withAdobe Commerce.Experience with newer editions such as Adobe Commerceas a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services are preferred.
Commerceproficiency:Expertisein omnichannel retail B2B commercecustomer purchase lifecycle from discovery to engagement to conversion toincreasing LTV and integrationswith the rest of theEnterpriseCommerce ecosystem such as PIM Inventory systems BI systems etc. are.
Technicalexpertise: Practical understanding ofAdobe Commerce implementation best practicescommerce architecture blueprints including integrationwith enterprise systemsand headless commerceguidelines and best practices for highly performantcommerce sites and apps are required skills.
Storytelling: Clear communication to both technical and business audiences; confident presenting to senior collaborators with inclusiveoutcomefocusedlanguage.
Architecture literacy: Ability to sketch scalable privacy-aware builds across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with secure data movement and governance.Understanding ofstandard implementation patterns for data collection from web mobile offline datasourcesetc.
Collaboration: Positive proactive teammate whococreateswith sales product and services; balances multiple opportunities without losing detail; understanding of pre-sales stages and milestones.
Nice to have
Experience withintegrating with enterprisemartechor CX stacks such as Adobe Experience Cloud.
Experienceor understanding of the role of Adobe Analytics Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Targetor similarsystems and the role they play incommerce journeys.
Comfort with prototyping in JS/HTML for simple web/app instrumentations when needed.

Velocity: Timely delivery of discovery demos and POCs or equivalent experience with crisp documentation.

Location
This role is based in Mumbai India with periodic travel for customer workshops field events or POCs (typically up to 50% depending on need).Alternate location is Delhi.
