The Role:
We are looking for a passionate customer-focused professional who enjoys enabling customers to successfully adopt and scale automation using the LEAPWORK platform.
As an Automation Enablement Consultant you will work closely with customers partners and internal teams to deliver engaging training onboarding programs workshops and advanced enablement sessions. You will play a key role in helping customers build automation capabilities adopt best practices and maximize value from LEAPWORK.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong automation expertise a customer-first mindset and a passion for knowledge sharing. You should be comfortable working independently collaborating with global teams and adapting to changing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in the LEAPWORK platform including LEAPWORK Studio and AI Studio.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led training (virtual and onsite) onboarding programs workshops webinars and enablement sessions for customers and partners.
- Guide customers in applying LEAPWORK to real-world automation use cases and adopting automation best practices.
- Support Professional Services engagements by assisting customers with advanced automation scenarios integrations reusable frameworks and scalable automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot automation challenges and provide practical guidance to accelerate customer adoption and success.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials labs reusable automation assets knowledge base articles and enablement content.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Customer Success Sales Product Management Marketing and Support teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Capture and share automation best practices customer feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve enablement programs.
- Continuously learn and adopt new LEAPWORK capabilities AI features and emerging automation technologies.
Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements (Must - Have Skills)
- 3-8 years of experience in QA software testing business process automation or related technical domains.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as LEAPWORK Selenium WebDriver Playwright UFT Tosca Power Automate UiPath or similar.
- Experience delivering instructor-led training workshops webinars onboarding programs or customer enablement sessions.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and automation best practices.
- Well-versed with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Copilot Gemini or similar AI platforms to enhance automation development content creation troubleshooting and productivity.
- Exposure to APIs integrations Agile methodologies CI/CD and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable.
- Excellent communication presentation facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated adaptable and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Comfortable with short-term national and international travel.
