Profile:Sr. Site Execution Head

Experience:

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in STP / ETP / WTP / wastewater treatment projects.
• Experience in installation testing and commissioning of STP/ETP equipment.

Roles:

• Manage day-to-day electro-mechanical execution of STP/ETP/WTP projects at project sites.
• Supervise installation of pumps blowers mixers screens valves piping mechanical equipment electrical panels MCCs cables instrumentation chemical dosing and sludge-handling systems.
• Coordinate mechanical electrical instrumentation automation and civil activities for smooth project execution.
• Plan daily/weekly site activities and monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.
• Manage manpower materials equipment work fronts subcontractors fabricators and vendors.
• Review drawings BOQ and specifications and ensure execution as per approved requirements.
• Identify site constraints and coordinate timely solutions to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with clients consultants PMCs and government authorities and lead site meetings.
• Prepare RA bills measurement sheets and quantity statements; verify executed quantities against BOQ and drawings.
• Track billing and certification identify deviations/extra items and maintain records for variation claims.
• Manage pre-commissioning testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical systems with OEMs/vendors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and instrumentation issues during commissioning and trial runs.
• Ensure closure of punch points completion of commissioning records and project handover documentation.
• Maintain execution quality schedule billing commissioning and handover records.
• Travel extensively across India and work independently at project sites as per project requirements.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and work at project sites
