DESCRIPTION:

Join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where youll contribute to attracting qualified talent to help advance our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer.

As a Sr Recruiter youll serve as a strategic talent advisor managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across business units. Youll collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective sourcing strategies build strong talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent strategy while representing our culture of integrity intensity innovation and involvement.

• Sources recruits screens resumes and interviews internal and external candidates for vacancies including mid to executive level positions.
• Ensures necessary authorization is obtained prior to commencing recruitment activity.
• Maintains records of activity via the recruitment system and prepares productivity analytical and other reports as assigned. Tracks applicants.
• May assist management in sourcing of support functions as necessary. Manages workflow within the team communicates corporate initiatives strategies and measurements trains and develops existing recruiters.
• Provides frequent high quality value-added advice and counsel to business partners on recruiting and staffing issues.
• Remains abreast of industry trends.
• Provides relevant reports for Hiring Managers for added value or influence.
• May provide leadership direction mentoring training and/or coaching for junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree required. Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus

• 6 Years of experience in End to End Recruitment cycle . Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred

• Should have experience in Managing Global Internal and External Stakeholders

• Should be able act as seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area ofspecialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

• Should have experience in representing the department as a prime contact on projects.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems with Workday knowledge preferred

• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search direct sourcing and social media recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
• Additional language skills beneficial (e.g. German French Spanish Mandarin)
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
• Experience with metrics tracking dashboard creation and data-driven recruiting insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
• Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
