Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Planning Management (S&OE)

Owns nearterm demandsupply execution by leading the weekly S&OE (Value Stream) rhythm orchestrating crossfunctional actions and managing allocation and prioritization within S&OPapproved plans and guardrails to protect service minimize risk and ensure disciplined execution. This role provides realtime visibility drives rootcause resolution of execution issues and enables fast informed decisions through clear risk escalation and execution reporting.

MajorAccountabilities (Describe themain results of the role to beachieved )

• Contribute to the weekly Value Stream Rhythm (S&OE) for all markets in the region
• Support the near-term demandsupply execution alignment(Run demandsupply alignment in the 03 monthhorizon strictly within S&OP-approved plans and guardrails)
• Support with the Orchestration(Act as the single intake point for short-term requests from Commercial and Coordinate cross-functionally to assess feasibility execute actions and provide status and closure)
• Support the rule-based allocation & prioritization(Allocate supply and inventory according to leadership-approved rules during constraints)
• Real-time execution visibility & risk monitoring(Maintain clear real-time visibility on service backlog and near-term risks)
• RCA(Perform root-cause analysis on service backlog and inventory issues)
• Support produce weekly execution packs for S&OE(off-plan items risks impact)Preparing decks for review
