In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities to support business and customer requirements.
- Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve transportation-related issues to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations trade requirements and company policies.
- Analyze freight data transportation costs and carrier performance to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain customer service planning procurement and warehouse teams to support on-time delivery objectives.
- Maintain accurate transportation records documentation and system updates.
- Support carrier selection freight audits and logistics service provider performance reviews.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Generate and interpret transportation metrics and reports to support operational decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics efficiency customer satisfaction and business performance.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience supporting transportation logistics supply chain customer service or operational coordination activities.
- Ability to analyze data identify trends and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency using business systems spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience working in a manufacturing industrial engineering or global supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or logistics platforms.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping practices freight documentation and carrier management.
- Experience supporting freight cost analysis performance tracking or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of trade compliance import/export processes or transportation regulations.
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools that support operational analysis.
