Job Responsibilities:
Contract drafting reviewing vetting and negotiation
Review of contracts with Clients NDAs MSAs SOWs
Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors
Contribute and enhance the organization s legal processes leading to improved risk management enhanced compliance efficient legal operations
Understanding of license agreements software development.
Co-ordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations
Looking at Legal professionals with 10 years of experience working in a Corporate setup with excellent communication skills
