Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance across multiple states/entities.
- Ensure timely PF ESIC PT LWF and other statutory payments and returns.
- Manage Shop & Establishment registrations renewals and amendments.
- Handle PF/ESIC employee queries UAN transfer and withdrawal cases.
- Coordinate with compliance vendors and monitor SLA and deliverables.
- Handle statutory notices government queries and compliance-related cases.
- Support internal and external statutory audits and ensure closure of observations.
- Validate statutory data challans returns and compliance reports.
- Maintain statutory compliance trackers MIS and due-date calendars.
- Coordinate with Payroll Finance HR and Legal teams on compliance matters.
- Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
