Sr Engineer Design & Estimation

The role previously handled by Mahendra has become redundant. We are hiring this as a fresh position under the designation Design & Estimation Engineer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Designer with strong expertise in CAD drafting and space planning. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed layouts product positioning plans and conceptual design drawings using CAD software. A mechanical engineering background with a strong understanding of drafting principles is preferred.

• Prepare accurate 2D drawings layouts and technical drafts using AutoCAD BricsCAD or similar CAD software.
• Develop space planning and furniture/product positioning layouts based on client requirements.
• Create conceptual layout designs and presentation drawings.
• Interpret project specifications floor plans and design briefs to produce detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with Sales Design and Project teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain drawing standards documentation and design records.
• Ensure compliance with company design standards and project specifications.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD BricsCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and layout development.
• Good understanding of space planning and product placement.
• Ability to create conceptual layouts and design solutions.
• Knowledge of technical drawing standards and drafting practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
• Experience in furniture interiors workspace design manufacturing or related industries.
• Ability to visualize and translate concepts into practical layouts.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
