Sr Engg Application Supervisor

The Senior Application Engineer Supervisor leads a team of application engineers responsible for delivering technical solutions that align customer requirements with company products and technologies. This role combines technical leadership customer engagement team management and crossfunctional collaboration to deliver superior customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities
• Supervise mentor and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
• Delegate various tasks to the team members
• Conduct performance reviews identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members.
• Promote best practices standardization and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with GTAC and Development team to deliver solution in timely manner.
• Actively drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within the team
• Monthly Reporting.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 1012 years of experience in Honeywell Advanced Application like Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management
• Bachelors degree masters degree in engineering
• Minimum 24 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
