Sr Cybersecurity Analyst

Meet the Team:

Dexcoms Enterprise IT Information Security team is seeking a SeniorCybersecurity Analyst to support the security hardening and operational resilience of Dexcoms global enterprise environment. This role will serve as a local security partner for the India IT organization while receiving technical direction and day-to-day security guidance from Dexcoms global Information Security Engineering team.

The position is expected to report locally to the Manager Information Technology India with dotted-line direction from the Sr. Manager Information Security in the United States.

This role is ideal for a hands-on security analyst or systems engineer with strong enterprise IT fundamentals a security-first mindset and the ability to partner across infrastructure endpoint identity cloud and operations teams.The role will help implement and sustain security standards across Dexcoms India environment while partnering with global teams to improve enterprise hardening control consistency and risk reduction.

Where You Come In:

• Serve as the local Information Security partner for India IT helping adopt and sustain Dexcoms global Information Security standards.

• Implement andvalidateenterprise hardening across endpoints servers identity platforms SaaS applications network services and cloud-connected systems.

• Partner with IT and global InfoSec teams to remediate vulnerabilities misconfigurations control gaps and security exceptions.

• Participate in design change and operational readiness reviews to ensure security requirements are addressed early.

• Support identity and access control improvementsincludingleast privilegeprivileged access service account hygiene and access reviews.

• Review and support remediation of findings from enterprise security tools such as CASB/SWG DLP IAM/PAM endpoint security cloud security and vulnerability management platforms.

• Maintain security runbooks procedures knowledge articles and audit evidence.

• Identifyautomation and reporting improvements that reduce manual effort and improve control consistency.

What Makes You Successful:

• BS/MS in Computer Science Cybersecurity Information Technology Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.

• 3 years of experience in cybersecurity IT operations systems engineering infrastructure or enterprise security.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT technologies such as Windows Linux Active Directory Entra ID networking endpoints SaaS and cloud platforms.

• Experience supporting enterprise hardeningsecurity standardssecure configuration baselines patching vulnerability remediation and control validation.

• Ability to analyze security findings vulnerabilities misconfigurations and control gaps toidentifyrisk and recommend remediation.

• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell Python Bash or similar tools is preferred.

• Ability to work within an Agile/Scrum framework and manage work in Jira.

• Proficiencyin communicating technical concepts both verbally and in written documentation.

• Demonstrated success influencing peers and partners without direct authority.

• SecurityCySA GIAC CISSP Microsoft or other security certifications are highly desired but not.

Travel Required:

• 0%- 10%-Occasional travel may befor training team collaboration security program support or engagement with teams in other Dexcom locations.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelors degreein a technical discipline and a minimumof 5-8 years related experience orMasters degree and 2-5 yearsequivalent industry experience or a PhDand 0-2 years experience.
