Sr. Customer Support (Inbound Voice)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)

Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi

Shift: Night Shift (MondayFriday)

Salary: 3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA

Education: Bachelors Degree Mandatory

We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive with 2 years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process to deliver excellent customer service and efficiently handle inbound customer queries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently

  • Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service

  • Meet individual performance metrics quality standards and productivity targets

  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction



Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process

  • Strong communication and customer handling skills

  • Ability to manage customer queries and complaints professionally

  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment
