Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERP Support Executive with SQL knowledge to support maintain and customize our ERP system. The ideal candidate will assist users troubleshoot ERP issues generate reports and collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build a career in ERP SQL and Manufacturing IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day ERP user support and resolve application issues

Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval reports and troubleshooting

Generate MIS reports and dashboards for business users

Configure ERP modules based on business requirements

Coordinate with users to identify analyze and resolve ERP-related issues

Support ERP implementation testing upgrades and customization

Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy

Prepare user documentation and conduct basic user training

Collaborate with IT and functional teams for continuous process improvement
