Location: Infopark Kochi

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 13 years in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process (Mandatory)

Male: 2 PM 12 AM
Female: 9 AM 7 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries complaints and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products services and processes
- Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards
- Update customer interactions and records in the system
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory
- 13 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support Voice Process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Voice process experience is compulsory
- Willingness to work in assigned shift timings
- Must attend a face-to-face interview
- Immediate joiners preferred (optional)
- Candidates with career gaps or pure sales background will not be considered
