Team Overview

The Sales Operations professional will support the sales organization by optimizing sales processes maintaining (SFDC) driving pipeline governance administering incentive data generating business insights and enabling efficient sales execution. The role acts as a bridge between Sales Finance Product Marketing and Leadership teams to improve productivity and revenue performance. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

(SFDC) Administration & Management

• Maintain data quality integrity and governance within Salesforce CRM.
• Manage accounts contacts opportunities leads and sales pipeline data.
• Create and maintain dashboards reports workflows and sales analytics.
• Monitor opportunity progression and ensure compliance with sales processes.
• Partner with global Salesforce teams for enhancements issue resolution and user adoption.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Sales Performance & Analytics

• Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze pipeline bookings revenue conversion rates and sales productivity metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to sales leadership for decision-making.
• Support forecasting budgeting and business planning exercises.
