Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain internal tools and automation frameworks that streamline customer onboarding solution delivery and operational workflows.

• Build and integrate AI-powered solutions and LLM-based workflows to enhance delivery processes improve diagnostics and accelerate resolution of customer issues.

• Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve tooling across the delivery lifecycle.

• Lead and/or contribute to the implementation of enterprise security and delivery solutions for F5 customers.

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers on web security and related technologies.

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations configuration testing troubleshooting documentation and go-live support.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across customer environments infrastructure and tooling layers.

• Identify potential technical risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.

• Leverage F5 tools and platforms for implementation automation and API enablement.

• Contribute to the development and standardization of processes tooling and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Capture and share field learnings to strengthen internal knowledge and continuous improvement.

Minimum Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python Terraform) with demonstrated experience building internal tools automation scripts CLIs or developer utilities.

• Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code containerization or orchestration.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI tools APIs or LLM-based workflows into operational processes.

• Strong understanding of core internet technologies including TCP/IP HTTP DNS HTML and related web service delivery components.

• In-depth technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: Web Application Firewalls (WAF) Bot Management Load Balancing/Proxy Cloud Networking/Operations Data Center Infrastructure L3L7 DDoS protection and CDN.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP Azure or AWS).

• Foundational experience in networking and network security with a career progression toward deep expertise in Layer 7 technologies.

• Experience integrating solutions within complex environments preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.

• Background in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services supporting large-scale enterprise customers.

• Experience in technical roles involving web operations incident response customer support system monitoring or similar functions.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex issues.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationship management.

• Degree in Computer Science Computer Networks Information Systems or a related engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
