Job Summary
The Associate Regulatory Intelligence is primarily responsible for supporting data entry data analytics and information support for global regulatory intelligence tracking and trending. Specifics Include:
Conducts data entry input to support intake volume
Prepares data analytics reports including KPI data sorting regional heat map data collection and report preparation for management review and other governance forums
Helps maintain accurate and relevant content on information sources including websites SharePoint sites and other toolsAssists with intake monitoring as needed including Drugs Devices Biologics and Standards
Supports SME community with database access and may provide training material assignments
Provides day-to-day support for SMEs in the database by running reports to ensure actions are advancing supports SME community in workflow inquiries and runs monthly status reports
Supports project management materials including action plan data entry input into the information system dashboard preparation for on-time tracking of actions and SME follow-up as needed
All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining accurate and complete documentation ensuring rigorous quality control and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
