Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Aerospace Engineering professionals across the US.
- Work on contract contract-to-hire and full-time requirements.
- Hire for roles such as Aerospace Engineer Mechanical Engineer Design Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Stress Engineer Systems Engineer Avionics Engineer Quality Engineer and Electrical Engineer.
- Utilize Dice LinkedIn Recruiter Monster Indeed CareerBuilder and internal ATS for sourcing.
- Screen candidates for technical skills experience work authorization and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
- Build and maintain a strong aerospace talent pipeline.
- Meet client SLAs and recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 2 years of US Staffing experience.
- Experience hiring Aerospace Engineering professionals.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Experience with ATS (Ceipal JobDiva Bullhorn etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for aerospace aviation or manufacturing clients.
- Knowledge of engineering domains and aerospace job titles.
