Qualifications
- 1012 years of experience in Honeywell Advanced Application like Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management
- Minimum 24 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mentor and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
- Delegate various tasks to the team members
- Conduct performance reviews identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members.
- Promote best practices standardization and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with GTAC and Development team to deliver solution in timely manner.
- Actively drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within the team
- Monthly Reporting.

- Bachelors degree masters degree in engineering
