We are looking for FP&A Managerto lead financial planning forecasting reporting and business partnering activities. This role will support IT organization through strong financial governance operational rigor process improvement and team leadership.

What you will do:

Financial Planning Forecasting & Reporting

• LeadLRP AOP quarterly forecasts monthly close and variance analysisfor the IT organization.
• Ensure accurate timely and high-quality monthly reporting in line with the corporate calendar.
• Drive forecast discipline and improve forecast accuracy versus actuals.
• Identify and deliver productivity and cost-saving opportunities through tighter cost control and external spend optimization.
• Strengthen financial reporting and insights for leadership reviews.

Strategic Finance Business Partnering

• Act as the primary finance partner to IT leaders and global delivery cost center owners.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with IT leaders to improve transparency decision-making and alignment with priorities.
• Evaluate investment opportunities including business cases funding models & ownership.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Standardize and strengthen finance processes across the IT organization.
• Develop and improve productivity tracking mechanisms to measure savings and operational improvements.
• Drive adoption of automation and lean practices to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance operations.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing finance team through effective hiring onboarding delegation and mentoring.
• Build team capability through structured development knowledge sharing and cross-training.
• Support employee engagement initiatives including mentorship internal learning and leadership visibility.

What you will bring:

• Candidate Profile
  • Chartered Accountant with5-10 yearsof relevant experience in FP&A commercial finance or business finance.
  • Strong experience in financial planning budgeting forecasting reporting and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience with strong coaching and team development capabilities.
  • Experience driving process improvement productivity and finance automation / AI initiatives and Finance Modeling.
  • Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience supportingIT finance / technology functions / shared services environment.
• Exposure to investment governance business case evaluation and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with automation and lean/process excellence practices.
• Demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills
