We are looking for a Senior Advisor Program Management to join our India-based team and lead Archers most strategic high-complexity programs. You will own end-to-end execution across programs spanning teams functions and geographiessetting strategy governance success metrics and operating rhythms. Working closely with Engineering and Product leadership you will manage dependencies navigate technical trade-offs and drive predictable large-scale delivery. This senior role is for a program leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and builds structures that help high-performing teams move fast with confidence.
Strategic Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large complex strategic programs across teams functions and geographies.
- Define program strategy execution plans governance success metrics and operating mechanisms.
- Adapt programs to business technology and organizational changes while maintaining delivery focus.
Executive Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with senior Engineering Product Operations and business stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
- Lead stakeholder meetings governance reviews and executive forums to drive decisions and accountability.
- Create executive-ready dashboards KPIs and reporting for health progress risks and outcomes.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Drive alignment across distributed teams on dependencies decisions milestones and commitments.
- Build scalable processes governance and operating rhythms to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Mentor teams or peers on program management best practices where applicable.
Risk Dependency & Issue Management
- Identify risks dependencies and systemic issues then drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
Engineering Partnership & Tooling
- Partner with engineering teams through the SDLC including trade-offs release planning and execution challenges.
- Use Jira or equivalent tools for planning execution tracking reporting and cross-team visibility.
- 10 years of professional experience including 5 years in program management in software or SaaS.
- Proven leadership of large complex multi-team programs in distributed cross-functional organizations.
- Software industry background preferably B2B SaaS with experience embedded in engineering delivery teams.
- Program Manager or Scrum Master experience with strong SDLC trade-off and release practice knowledge.
- Executive presence strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on proficiency with Jira or equivalent program management tools.
- Deep experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban or scaled Agile.
- Experience in GRC risk management compliance or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Track record building or scaling PM practices governance or delivery frameworks.
- CSM PSM I Kanban Systems Design or PMP certification.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior program managers or team members on PM practices.
- Prior senior-level cross-geography execution across US and India time zones.
