Sr Advanced Chemical Engr

As a Sr Advanced Chemical Engr here at Honeywell you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of chemical engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions. • Lead and manage the chemical engineering team including setting goals defining priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the design development and implementation of advanced chemical processes and solutions
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and improvement
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
• 5 years of experience in chemical engineering
• Strong leadership and management skills

• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience with process simulation software
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
