DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES) A. Financial Closing Activities (Critical) Ensure all accounting entries are recorded before month-end closing Perform GL scrutiny and reconciliation Complete bank vendor and customer reconciliations Support Trial Balance finalization Coordinate with cross-functions to close pending items B. Data Analysis & Financial Reporting (Critical) Extract financial data from ERP systems Analyze cost trends expense patterns and variances Validate accuracy before reporting Maintain structured MIS working files Support management in financial insights C. Reconciliation & Accuracy (Critical) Identify and resolve account discrepancies Maintain reconciliation schedules with supporting Ensure closure of pending adjustments
