Honeywell is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in this role you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key customer accounts serving as the primary point of contact and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will play a critical role in building strong customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and Honeywells value proposition.



Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts acting as the primary contact for all client interactions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders understanding their business objectives and challenges
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized value-driven solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong expertise in solution and product sales including Building Management Systems (BMS) and fire safety solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and deal closure

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset in a dynamic business environment
