Job Summary
Leads regional pricing agenda targets and
governance across markets and hubs
Monitors KPIs and realized price; diagnoses leakage
and sets corrective actions
Proposes regional frameworks regional CLP corridor
and tracks regional pricing performance KPIs
Key Activities:
Track regional pricing KPIs and realized price uplift
Analyze performance gaps leakage driver
Ensure KPI alignment with global standards and governance
rules
Provide insights to leadership and global counterparts
Support enforcement of pricing guardrails and compliance
routines
Coordinate regional reporting and data submissions
Train hubs and markets on KPI interpretation and usage
Lead communication of performance insights
Leads regional pricing agenda targets and governance across
markets and hubs
Monitors KPIs and realized price; diagnoses leakage and sets
corrective actions
Aligns with Sales BU Finance and Legal on priorities risks
and compliance
Publishes regional guidance and drives tool readiness and data quality
KPI:
- Regional price realization vs plan (%)
- Guardrail adherence (SKUs in corridor %)
- Data quality score for submissions (%)
Qualifications :
- Graduate with MBA
- 10 yrs experience
